It is indeed a sad finding that Kha Mun's body was found drown in a stream a few KM away from the small town of Gopeng. While awaiting post-mortum and other details of the sad incident, the family of Kha Mun would like to thank those who played an active role in helping to locate her as well as the care and concern for her well being.
Let us join the Chin family to mourn for the lost of Kha Mun who is too young to die at 12.

Chin Kha Mun is a girl from Gopeng Perak. She was last seen on 1st November 2007 visiting a local school friend at about 2PM but when family checked with the friend at around 5PM she was not to be found except for her abandoned bicycle. Kha Man is 12 years old.

So so sorry to hear the sad news of Kha Man.
We put up a Help sticky post to help find her, only to have to pull it down just hours later after you have posted the update.
As you said, she is too young to have her life taken out.
Please convey our deepest condolences to the Chin family. Our prayers are with the family and we all grieve with them.

Msiaman I am shocked by this news. My heart aches and the tears flow again for another innocent child. Please convey our heartfelt condolences to her grieving family.
Please keep this blog alive to remind the authorities of Chin Kha Man and to keep telling them why we need a Nurin Alert. She could have been alive had the authorities and media had alerted the public within those first few hours.
Msiaman, the Nurin Alert is no silly idea from bloggers anymore. This is serious and if no one cares, bloggers have to take this to the highest level. We need more people to care. My heart goes out to her parents. Don't you worry, Kha Man will not be forgotten!
